The concept of corporate culture is especially attractive to millennial’s, which is reflected at Martketer Inc. With a strong emphasis on collaboration, the Martketer team works together with each member voicing their opinions about all things Martketer related, from the best ways to meet customer needs to deciding the type of candy for the candy drawer (our guilty pleasure). Each team member brings their crafted skill to the table, which results in the client’s story being perfected and infused with the passion and care of each person working on the project.
Additionally, the group supports each other. Whether it is a web development breakthrough, selecting the perfect font for a new website, or finalizing the look of a business card for a client, the team celebrates success. Success in the form of a 20-minute Alto’s Adventure break on the TV, group trips to play Lazer Tag, and bi-weekly Fri-yays; Martketer takes time to appreciate the team’s hard work. Fri-yay’s, as defined in the “Really Big Book of Everything” (the team’s policy manual), provide an opportunity for the team to celebrate achievements, collectively set goals, improve service offerings, and give cheers and compliments to each other (our favourite part). As a company, Martketer is close-knit, reflective of a family that celebrates successes and overcomes hurdles together.
